Sarah Roberts & Roger O’Sullivan: Are Very Normal
Doors: 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Two comedians who have absolutely nothing wrong with them preview their new shows (which also have nothing wrong with them)
Do you think we’re ever truly forgiven? Sarah Roberts has never gotten over anything. Not because she’s annoying, because she’s cursed. Oh, and she needs your soul for something. Nothing bad ok!!!! BBC New Comedy Awards Regional Finalist, The Guardian’s Funniest Comedians of the Fringe, Rolling Stone’s Rising Stars of 2024 and Chortle Award Nominated Shitposter. ‘Mischievous, playful and very loveable’ ***** (EdFringe Review). ‘Razor-sharp’ ***** (The Reviews Hub). ‘Riotously funny’ **** (The Student). ‘Phenomenal new talent, destined for stardom’ (Catherine Bohart). ‘Irresistible fun’ (Rolling Stone).
Ambition is a mortal sin. Or at least that’s what Roger O’Sullivan was taught growing up in rural Ireland. And “Good!” Roger always thought. For in a world where his peers’ entire bloodlines are made up of blue links on Wikipedia, what good are dreams to a poor peasant boy like O’Sullivan. But recently, he’s dared to dream again. As the Irish identity is trending, and authenticity is all the rage. In 2026, perhaps the real nepotism is being a peasant boy who can “split the G” and tell a few funny stories while he’s at it. We’ll soon see in Divil May Cry.
