Sam Adamson: Shake My Hand Goodnight

Sam Adamson is bringing his show “Shake My Hand Goodnight” to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, but first! You have a chance to see it as a work in progress show at Aces and Eights!

“Shake My Hand Goodnight” is the culmination of the best material Sam has written and performed over the past 4 years. He touches on the animal kingdom and public toilet etiquette through to being the only boy in dance classes and being the only ginger person in his entire family.

“Hilariously honest” Sam was the finalist of the West End New Act Competition in 2024 and has performed all over the country and with various fringe festivals, including Brighton, Camden, Tunbridge Wells and Edinburgh (where he performed a full run of a split bill).

Early this year he performed at the Leicester Comedy Festival, and as of 2025 Sam has been performing overseas, also.

If you’re a fan of surreal observations, with a dollop of word play along with act outs and playfulness, with a unique outsider perspective, you’re in for a good time!
