Wendy Wason is an actual human female. With a husband and three children she deals with all this entails on a daily basis. From jealousy to judgement, feminism to fear and health to humiliation – and that’s just the school run. In her 6th one-woman show she explores these themes with her usual charming, caustic wit.
Part-biography and part excellent comedic writing, this is a work-in-progress for Diane’s 9th show. There is an over-arching sense of something else at work and a sense of connectedness and completion with a hint of a sequel. Outrageous, refreshingly honest, sometimes called filthy, Diane fills her shows with delirious moments of joy, revelation, twists and downright rudeness.
